Adult & High Performance Team Coach
Coach Andrew is a lifelong athlete with a passion for competing in endurance and ultra-endurance sports. Equally, he is passionate about helping athletes of all ages and abilities achieve their goals.
Andrew is a father of four and understands the need to balance family, training and life in order to be successful in all areas, not just one. Likewise, endurance sports are not just about training the body; athletes must train their mind as well. Andrew’s current dissertation research focuses on the self-leadership habits of ultra-endurance athletes that are also successful executive leaders. The lessons learned through this research are applicable to anyone that has the desire to challenge themselves and achieve the goals they set out to accomplish.
Triathlon in particular is a multi-faceted sport that requires dedication and discipline but also the ability to enjoy the process of learning about yourself through training and racing. From sprint distance to Ironman distance triathlon as well as trail running, coach Andrew can help!
